Very unassuming neighborhood Italian restaurant with some pretty good dishes. Tried the baby spinach + bacon and special roast pork belly salads - both were well put together and tasted fantastic. Liked the home-made ravioli bolognese, it wasn't overpowering, was bite sized and had great texture. Pizza was not bad, it's a thin-crust almost tavern-style version. Not my thing, I prefer chewy doughs, but that's my preference. The positive is, you can pick half-and-half style (subject to same pricing), which is a rarity. Would visit again to try other things on the menu. Not cheap, but that's usually to be expected for home-crafted Italian food in this part of the world, and the portions are generous. Expect to eat well here. Quiet location and environment.

Great service and cozy atmosphere. The food was tasty, though the portions are on the smaller side. Our 2-year-old loved the arrabbiata pasta and managed to finish a whole plate on his own — a rare win! The mushroom risotto was also well-cooked, perfect for those who enjoy a rich, cheesy, and creamy flavor. We ended the meal with their tiramisu, which was delicious with a hint of rum. Overall, a pleasant dining experience and worth a visit!

We came here after dinner, read that the tiramisu is good… And turns out, the tiramisu is pretty damn good! Alcohol is just nice! Cream is really good as well, and portion is generous Folks here are attentive tooo, and interesting selection of wine / liquor if you’re into that sort of thing… Now we’re curious about the pasta, so we’ll definitely come back :) If you don’t know this place, parking is limited.

A truly classico trattoria Valued for price, great service, tasty food, friendly owner. Your perfect neighbour restaurant. Food is amazing here. Try out their specially hand picked wines imported by themselves from Italy. Definitely coming back to try out their handmade ravioli

Simple cafe like tables, such an unassuming restaurant but then comes the food. Oh woww... Delicious, mama style home cooking, this is my 1st time here at Verona. The Siew Yuk roast pork spaghetti alio Olio style was delicious, Penne Arrabbiata was full of wok hei and perfect, I enjoyed the salad and the bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and olives too. Mushroom soup was so chunky and hearty as well. Nice Truffle oil. Highlight? Amazing Tiramisu with freshly brewed coffee. Good value too RM 100 to 120 per head.

If you are looking for good Italian food and don't mind paying for it, Verona is THE PLACE to go to! The chef is very friendly and service is top notch here. Only downside is that the parking here is horrendous! Ask them for their recommendations and you won't go wrong. I've been here a few times with family and we would order and share everything. Almost all of the dishes we had be it pastas, pizzas, or even their pork belly is superb! Pizzas here are thin crust and the toppings are generous. Their lamb shank is also a dish to look out for as it is soft and flavourful. For dessert, go for their 5 layer ice cream cake or chocolate lava cake and I promise you won't be disappointed.

It took me a trip to Rome and Florence to realize I actually dislike Malaysian-inspired-Italian-cuisine sort of pasta. Therefore when the pizza craving boyfriend suggested Verona Trattoria, I was quite reluctant (why can't we just have sushi?). But I was promised panna cotta, and so reluctantly agreed to it. The first thing we had was the Crispy Pork Belly (RM39.90), recommended as a customer's favourite. The texture was perfect, crunchy and soft at the same time and the sauce, oh! As I ate, I fell in love like you would fall asleep: slow, and then all at once. We had a Verona Boscaiola pizza (RM39.90) that was quite good also. Thin crusty base, light sauce and stringy cheese topped with a generous amount of pepperoni and mushrooms. It has a distinct coal fire taste to it, which in my opinion is what pizzas should taste like. For desserts finally we got to the vanilla panna cotta (RM11.00) with chocolate syrup. It was delectable but nothing fantastic. I was just glad to have had it due to sheer want, not due to the sheer tastiness of it. I would come back here again to try the other pizza varieties and maybe pasta as well. If you have the opportunity, talk to the owner and chef Enzo, and he'll be able to tell you what best to order for the night.
